Additional Information: Already made one yesterday but got deleted due to roll back. Basically I've been contacting him for over 2 weeks now and just wanted to get this over with. He is pretty active on Nulled but can't even bother checking my messages. I just want to get my money back but still no response so I went ahead with the scam report. I initially asked for a replacement as it was not $100 but since it was just below by $3 I just didn't bother and tried to go ahead and order some free stuff. However, upon ordering I am met with a verification code, meaning I can't even use the account without mail access. I even followed the supposed instructions provided on the thread, which using a VPN and a US address. The account is essentially no use because the purpose of it was essentially to order clothes.
