Yes, if you can add your address, sometimes they lock address changing use USA VPN for best results.  

 

So if i can login but they dont accept my US addy, i will not be refunded?

Accounts are useless because you will need a verification code to order anything. Even if you have an address in the US, you'll be unable to add a new one. Bought one and still no compensation, will update.

They must have change it from since you last order, or something. I already had a USA VPN, added a USA address and asked for verification. Tried a Canadian address maybe it will work but didn't.  Someone even experienced the same problem as me and left a review regarding that as well on your shop
