the whole if it sounds too good to be true sucks cause almost everything on this forum like se services sound too good to be true but i agree with everything elseHello everyone! I was an idiot, ignored all the red flags and lost $15 BTC to a scammer, so I'm giving away a .zip of some guides that I have. My loss is your gain! Haha
First, let me give you some red flags that are a good indicator of a scammer.
-They rush the sale. Wanting everything to happen now. Responding quickly.
-They have a relatively new forum account.
-They are willing to to take an amount way less than initially quoted with no haggle.
-PAYPAL DECLINES THE TRANSACTION THREE TIMES!!!(I'm so dumb)
-IF SOMETHING SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT IS!
Just keep a look out for these signs and use your best judgement. It is not wrong to walk away from a transaction you don't feel comfortable with. And if you're just habitually paranoid, use a middleman (leave them a vouch when complete. It's their lifeline)
Okay now to the real reason you're here.
DONT LEECH! USE COMPLETE SENTENCES, PEOPLE!
Have a good night.
EDIT: Spelling errors corrected.
Also, I was dumb and lost some money. Not a lot, but that's the game we play here. I expect to lose my money on every online transaction (where I'm the buyer) it's not gonna break me, and I'll get him back, eventually.
