Blockchain.com have login IP Restriction, only allow a login from IP addresses in the whitelist. If you do not have a static IP address, enabling this may lock you out of your wallet.

For additional security, there is a second password that is asked whenever you want to spend funds.

 

Profit is guaranteed if you get access to both blockchain and email such as Gmail og owner then the win is here. Then here's the third obstacle. Balance accounts also have 2FA enabled.

 

It is best to access physically to the victim's machine with some exploit to gain access then search for seed word which people store in 99% of the disks. But these are harder approaches.
