Which programming language should I learn

So I am looking for a good language to learn, I want to learn c++ but everyone is say that it's really hard for beginners.
I want to make simple private programs:
checkers
selfbots
HWID spoofers
Acc gens
Proxy scraper/checkers
and other programs like that!!

I would like to be able to make some cheats for a few games I play!!!

Suggest the best language that I should learn, and tell me about your experience!!

I think you start with Html css java , jquery java script cand c sharp then c++ then for Pyhton and Perl will be like a playing wit a kid

half of your needs would be easier done in high level languages like python, otherwise game cheats would be better done in c++
