I've got a question, The other day someone at my workplace presented me with a military id and everything looked legit on it but after looking at the back it was missing a seal and it was a dead giveaway that this id was a fake, my question is how do people get fake military id's and how could they use it? To the best of my knowledge this is next to impossible to replicate because of the chip inside of the card and the PKI certificates that it has on it. Does anyone know how this was done?

The card itself could easily be printed from a psd with high quality if the resources are available. For the certificate inside you would need to get hold of some real ones first and either find a pattern in them or just dead on copy them. For the usage I guess it would mainly be used for fraud or just staying anonymous.

I made a fake bus tag for my school so I could go on the bus for free lol
