Remove the famous award from people who didn't have 400 rep before the rep4rep thing happened

I think it's unfair to reward those who spammed the most rep4rep, the award used to be rare and HQ, same with the spam fighter award

 

Now we don't have any rare award except maybe trusted which is pretty much impossible to get

 

Or instead of removing it from everyone give those who earned the 400 rep legitimately an award called "OG Famous" or something
