So they have asked me for a reason why my storenhas declined the warranty return. Someone has any ideas? The store is still open so ‘closed down’ won’t do the job!

Are you serious about this one? It’s got blood on it so they won’t take it back? Seems to me that you can clean a blood stain right?

It’s not the return policy, but the warranty policy. I think 30 days or more doesnt seem necessary

Blood would work, even if you cleaned it, they wouldn’t want it back because of health reasons.

Usually with Logitech I never provide POP (say I lost it) and usually I just provide SN and PN and a few listing pictures. I’ve always been approved with no POP so maybe retry if failed
