It's the silent ban. You should know you need to use premium proxies to avoid that. As normal proxies get banned from working accs. There is nothing you can do about it. This is an issue of Minecraft Auth api and every checker that works with it has to deal with it. Checking one acc every 3 seconds from an ip will ban it for a few hours (Will appear as fail). That means shared proxies will be banned and will give you false negatives.
