Because i'm a girl i need to wash certain areas with warm / not cold water due to my sensitive skin. So i do need warm but not hot water.

Lived in Central-America for 5+ years. At least the place I lived in they don't really have warm water, everything's just coming through the cold pipe.

When you start to use only cold water you been sick more times or something?
Nope, not really. I mean, C.America is a pretty hot land, so you get out of a cold shower and you're back in to heat. I wouldn't dare doing cold showers in N.Europe though. Easy way how to get pneumonia.

Im from Poland, so i think its not good way to take cold showers here

No, more than 1 months I am taking them and I have not been sick since. Only once for 2 days and I took a cold shower that helped me actually.
