So now i wanted to try an keyboard G513.
I have the sn a picture and a story but..
Their 4th mail to me said this:

(Name), I understand this might be frustrating. But as per company policy, we do not do direct replacement and you will have to visit the place of purchase for warranty validation.
And with out purchase invoice it not possible to validate the product.
The only option you have is, try checking with the person who gifted you the product asking for purchase invoice.

Alright first of all, tell them you purchased it over 30 days ago, and the company warranty only supports 30 days and so they were the ones who told u to contact Logitech for extra support, then you want to make sure you tell them 100% that you're going to ship it to them asap. Now if the rep is nice enough he'll trust you and ship it out, even if they give you a shipping label, that's just a throw away email.
