You gotta contact them telling them there was a massive rip in your chair. They will ask for pics, get some corrupted photos and send them to them. They may ask for serial/order number but they haven’t asked me at all. But you should work your way round it. They don’t do international shipping so I had to have a friend to get the chair for me. Had to pay shipping tho ????
