I've received the eBook for a review and it was a nice read , It's an easy to follow guide, which you need a bit of time to put things into action.
What I like is this is a straight forward walk through, you are even shown which settings to copy and use.

 

Now my view, as a beginner, on this book. These are some things that I found usefull.
- The biggest part is about settings everything up what is pretty handy
- Some tips here and there which might not be obvious for beginners like me
- Got an idea how do additionally promote the accounts

 

Now what I don't have a good feeling about
- No mentioning of warming up accounts
