Step one: Choose what product you want.
Step two: Email them @ support@
Step three: They should email you back and tell you to do some troubleshooting which you respond saying that it did not work.
Step four: They're going to ask you for a picture of your receipt and the SN or pictures of your broken device. I recommend finding a SN, but pictures from ebay will work fine.
Step five: Your rep should email you back saying that they are arranging a replacement, or want you to ship the item back. You can use different excuses if you don't want to box them.
