I'm offering custom config creation for SNIPR and Openbullet, I have around 2 years experience making configs for both Websites and Android apps. My pricing system is based on how complicated the config is $10 $15 or $20 max. Expect a turnaround of around 1-2 hours, but allow for a few more if I have a lot of requests.
