So I have some configs in the Open Bullet Config Folder, But when I open the Program a whole different set of configs show up. When I try to delete them then refresh Nothing Happens. Plz Help

You're using a bad version of OpenBullet, use 1.0.0 that works well and you don't have to deal with these repository configs all the time
Watch out there is an impersonator
Always verify me on Nulled when dealing with me
