I need help with phillips se orders

Okay, im no noob to this shit. Ive been se'ing for a while. However i took a long break for a few months. I just recently completed a phillips order and se'd a phillips blender HR3868 model. It wasnt that hard as usual. Now i was dropshipping se orders. Every order is going smoothly with other companies. Just not phillips at the moment. I had to cancel $1,100 worth of freaking orders today due to the stupid receipt issue with them. They know files are being edited and receipt are fake, however my first order went through like a breeze. Now im having issues using my amazon receipt gen with phillips due to them wanting more HQ receipts in PDF format. Has anyone had any issues se'ing them lately? Any tips?
