Having issues with the Aqua Donation

Then why can't he just give me VIP instead of going through all this trouble. He has my money -.-

The system is automated. Please send whatever is missing from the payment so it's completed and you are given the rank. Otherwise it will take a long time to resolve. You were given an exact number of BTC to send (0.00366504) and you sent 0.03 which is 15% less ? Please make sure you send exactly what shoppy asked for, or more, and not less.

I purchased the Aqua donation rank quite a few days ago, and I've contacted shoppy.gg and I've yet to receive anything back from them. I've got proof that I've sent enough to the BTC address assigned to the shoppy site.

As you can see, all the BTC addresses match up.. I even paid OVER the actual cost of the Aqua upgrade. 

 

@Bleach , once again, can you please help me with this?

Seems like you didn't send enough? Aqua is worth 35 EUR which would be around 39 USD, you sent 32 USD.

Hmm, okay, I sent Bleach a PM regarding this. I asked for the VIP rank and maybe an award for the remainder? That'll work fine for me.

He can't give out rewards, it's probably better if you just pay the rest and get Aqua.

You did not send the correct amount of money, this money will be only possible to get back by contacting @finndev 

 

You was meant to send 0.00366504 where as you sent 0.00306436

 

This means you will have to ask finn for a 0.00306436 refund and re buy using the full price.

 

If not just ask finn!

I purchased the Aqua donation rank quite a few days ago, and I've contacted shoppy.gg and I've yet to receive anything back from them. I've got proof that I've sent enough to the BTC address assigned to the shoppy site. 

 

 

Even if you didn't pay enough, if you're referring to gifting a rank, that system currently doesn't work as intended, so you won't be able to upgrade another user.
