Okay, I've donated about a week ago. I purchased the Aqua rank, and had some issues with the BTC payment method. The money was sent to the BTC address as you can see

. But the shoppy invoice still says its been unpaid, as you can see

. But as you can see on both images, the BTC address is the same.

 

I tried contacting Shoppy to let them know that I've had issues with this, and I've recieved no responses. But I did send the money to the BTC address that is registered to the shoppy invoice.

 

@Bleach , if you could, can you please get this fixed? I've been waiting patiently thinking that it may fix itself, but nothing has changed.

check the btc adress and if it rlly sent

Yes, its sent. Because it charged me 66 cents for the coinbase fee as well

You paid $32 worth in BTC for Aqua? Aqua is 35€ which would make roughly 38/39 USD. And after checking the BTC amout nulled asks, it's 0.00390069
