I think the best way to stop is basically to do anything other than it. I know seems simple but that is what it is. Instead of watching porn/fapping you can do other stuff. If you watch and beat your meat before going to sleep just go to sleep instead of watching or watch something boring on youtube and fall asleep watching it.

I'm in a long-distance-relationship and my girlfriend was here for 2 month.

I haven't thought of porn in a moment.

But since two weeks she's left again and i've just got addicted to porn and nudes.

 

So, definitely I would say that you should get a partner or friend with whom you can enjoy every moment, also without watching porns.

Or just find another activity which make you forget all the naked skin and sexy body parts (yoga classes and sauna isn't recommended for this )!
