I never thought porn addiction was real. Always thought it was made up stuff by religious groups (where I used to live they'd hand out flyers about how porn was evil and addictive)  I've seen porn/hentai for many years and if it's once a week I watch it it's a lot.  Probably also, since I have worked with adult content marketing in the past, I just saw it as something normal.
