My 2000€ refund failed after a wait of a month
I asked for a discount or an arrangement on the next purchase but they refused since it's a 99% success rate and I was aware of the risk
However, Martin's associate is friendly and available. He also helped me to ship back my package.

Failed 2K+ Refund
I asked martin what is the succes rate and can I return if failed? I was told 100% and can return if failed.
2.5 months later, refund failed and not able to return therefore I have lost $850 using this service
Could you please post the sites you both ordered please so the community has a better overview which were the last sites that failed.
Since the list is big, it would help me and other buyers out for making the decisions.
