Additional Information: He order the service. receive his product. few days later trying to charge-back. I contacted staff with his email address and they found his user on Nulled maybe he thought I would not find him. It's currently being reviewed by PayPal but we all know what's GayPal gonna do.

 

He wrote on the charge back in German "The description was not accurate and that's why I bought the wrong product!" no such thing 'description was not accurate' you order the service. you get a video with name you wanted to be written. simple.

Ok so i see my mistake on that one!
I had someone that same day who scammed me for 20€.
And i tried contacting paypal.

what you just said make 0 sense you got scammed so you tried to scam me?

what you can do? cancel the charge back.. ASAP

 

also this was no 'mistake' you wrote on the charge-back 'The description was not accurate and that's why I bought the wrong product!' you clearly tried to get "your" money back and you thought I would not find you. that's it.
