If you just want to use the tool, you can trick the licensing system with Fiddler "AutoResponse".
Since the Exe is now deobfuscated, you can also rewrite the license system there.

Or simply monitor the request to the server with Fiddler, the owner sends back the whole database (all keys), just use one of them.
