You can't really be serious about the terms you mentioned.

You clearly state you have 100% success rate but if somehow you "fail" no refund will be provided?

Tip: Change that 100% to 80%, you're also not going to get customers if you're not going to provide a refund for a failed attempt.

I also understand that ubereats refund within 1-2 business days, but they will email you letting you know if they are able to refund or not.

Refunder's usually take the payment after the refund is done, not before.

Tbh i would prefer less customers than more customers with half of them being scammers ;; 

Why tf would i change my success rate ?

If the success rate is already 100% there won't be any fails,,,

I've had people false claiming failed refunds and i can't prove them wrong ( No possible proof ) ;; 

I won't risk my 35€ upgrade to scam for 8$ whereas you can scam me off 8$ and loose literally nothing.
