A not necessarily too strict keto diet avoiding unhealthy carbs and unhealthy food in general, with some intermitent fasting (just eat when you are hungry, you don't need to eat 5 times a day and you don't need to fast for several days either, you could just skip breakfast or any other lunch when you are not hungry), just drink only water, go out for a walk everyday (maybe get a dog so you feel forced to go out, and you can listen music or some audiobook while you are out), maybe do some workout at home when you think you are ready with a couple of dumbells... Just move and stop eating shit, once you've lost some weight you can think about going to the gym or something like that.

I really need help my moms food is not helping and i don't have much time for a gym membership anything simple that can help me lose weight anything at all?
Update: Was 197 pounds in june now im 180 as of august 5th THANKS FOR THE HELP
Eat less calories, dont eat food which contains a lot of fat and carbs, dont drink soda, just water, about 3 meals per day and play games, or if you are able you can vape nicotine which can stop hunger.
