Signed up for the gym last month

Changed my diet, added more fruits and veggies + protein + preworkout

 

Lost weight 

 

Now, trying to shred my stomach into abs

Arms into Cannons

And legs into Drumsticks

Today's Update:

 

150lbs - 100lb weights LEG DAY.

 

Starting to see my abs show, my goal is to achieve 

ripped abs by the end of august for sure

and no diet, different lifestyle and better habits

 

I used to be a steak, steak, steak guy all the time

now trying to avoid red meat unless I travel and try different foods.

 

80% diet

20% workout like a beast!

 

Posting to motivate myself and others.

Been eating

pescetarian diet.

Poke bowls, protein bars, fruits / veggies

 

lots of carbs and protein

maybe 2 energy drinks every 4 days

 

been doing arms, legs, cardio daily + swimming.

 

Losing more weight now probably 20lbs 1 month?

 

Don't want to lose anymore weight unless my stomach

I do 75 - 150 lbs on workout machines

30-40 mins per machine

 

gym 2hours min - 3hrs a day.

 

Mornings and before they Close is great time to go

Less people, more equipment to use.

 

Hope this will help motivate you guys.
