PayPal account lol

well basically, i let someone use my paypal account with my cc removed off it (yeah it was stupid), and after receiving only 2 payments my account was banned with the whole You can no longer use PayPal.

so what can i do? could i argue that it wasn't me? or is it just gone lol.

also what happens with refunds? if i get refunded for something to that account have i just lost the money completely or is there still chance to get it?

yeah, well you see i've never been asked for id on paypal, and to be honest it was okay because im uhh technically not old enough to use the service so probably wouldn't help lol
