Additional Information: He made Reddit config and said that it wouldn't break after two days, it broke after one day and he fixed it once and now won't update. If he said it would break every two days then I wouldn't have bought for $25.

@Lucas check the screenshots he said configs tend to break after cople of days i said it dont usually break in 2 days, and i agreed if it breaks ill fix it for free if possible. thats what i did when it broke after first time i fixed for free. he came a a day after and i checked again and it was not possible to fix it this time. its not in my hand.

P.S. I agreed to fix if possible i mentioned clearly. it dont means if fixing not possible then ill refund its just stupid. Config making i one time service i agreed to fix just to be supportive and i did fix. now its not possible to fix. i never mentioned ill refund if i fail to fix.

 

AND MORE IMPORTANTLY I NEVER GAVE GUARANTEE THAT CONFIG WILL WORK FOR SPECIFIC PERIOD OF TIME

I think you were kind of misleading? If you can't fix it this time, at the very least refund him 50%. You even said they ''for sure'' don't change things that may break the config every 2 days.

that was the reason i offered to fix for free if possible. i think i was pretty clear about fixing it. and about that for sure statement i even use it in first sentence "I cant say for sure" it really dosnt really mean he got lifetime warranty for 25 bucks or he'll get a refund in any case. 12 bucks is not a big amount, ill refund 50% if you say so. but in my opinion the purpose of this report is still shady as i dont give warranties i only offered to fix if possible

Normally we give people 1 week to ask for their money back when a product has stopped working (checkers, configs, etc) 
Since this was a special case, I believe a 50% refund makes sense.
