Additional Information: this was a monthly investment that Dalton was offering. I invested €100 and was supposed to be paid back after a month, it’s been well over 2 months now and dalton keeps making excuses and hasn’t paid me anything.

Ive still received nothing, been 2 months and 10 days.

He just tried to send me $7 to delay it more but said there was a $10 fee.

I've told him that I gathered the initial amount he sent to me at the beginning. He is declining it as he is not fine with getting the initial amount back. I explainted to him a big difference between cant and wont. He gave me 6 days and at this time, I can't do initial amount + ROI. I can only do initial amount at this time. 

He does not want to get paid.
