How can i chargeback a scammer?

So i bought an e-book from Reichsmark, the e-book is shitty, and public, some users tried to cb, and he leaked their infos (idgaf about that he can suck my dick  with those) and he said smth like "smh i win  90% of my chargebacks, i never tried to chargeback from  anyone so..

I paid with my paypal credits on selly or shoppy i dont remember.

Any help?

What should  i do to increase the chance of the win, also i  have screenshots of conversations where he doesnt respond.
