[OpenBullet] Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

First I would like to thank @HomeslckForUs for guiding me to the right part of the forums.

 

Anyway, So, I download OpenBullet but it keeps giving me this problem. If anyone could help, I'll truly appreciate it.

Try to extract it to a folder and then running it. Running it inside an archive means it only extracts the .exein temp files and not the other files.
