Anyone know how to fix this problem [OpenBullet]

So, I download OpenBullet but it keeps giving me this problem. If anyone could help, I'll truly appreciate it.

Extract it to a folder first, and if that doesn't work try disabling any antiviruses including Windows Defender.

Sorry mate wish I did, try to use a better version, there's some nice ones on github, no loading times.

Try to extract it to a folder and then running it. Running it inside an archive means it only extracts the .exe in temp files and not the other files.
