there is any chance that it Hits only once it find a really really good account?

like, only unverify account with like 100 champs and 200 skins?

because i also looking for 20 champ 0 skin lvl 30 account / lvl 10 400 rp.

i tell you why, because i had hitted in 134 accounts and all of them entered to "Custom"

1. is BlackBullet == Open Bullet?

2. Is the NA only Hits when find only HQ account? cause i am looking to find even garbage accounts like (lvl 1's , level 10's+ with rp, rando level 30 no matter x champ / x skins)
