[HELP] Logitech asking for serial number under keyboard.

I am trying to SE a G910 Orion Spectrum keyboard and they are asking me for the Serial Number underneath the keyboard. I tried sending the S/N on the box but they said they need the one under the keyboard.

 

Any ideas on how I can get this?

It's not pictures I need, I need a serial number from the back of the keyboard..

ah,,mind you box and device have different serials..no wonder they ask for it.

Box serials have a 9 in the end, if you're sure you have a box serial, then change that 9 to an 8 (I'm pretty sure that's how it works)
