Sqli dumper is just way too slow
Although there are options to do this, it is not recommended because sqlmap is made for specific testing.
What I would recommend you to do is check out the tool SIB.
There is a cracked version out there of the version 6.0 on forums such as bhf, but I've seen some people selling it here as well.
