Ive struggled with that too. The best cure is working out. Really helps a lot. Stay close to friends and family don't be afraid to ask for help

IF ever you're depressed, find something to do that you never thought of before. Learn coding, a different language, exercise routine, fasting, sport,meet new people ,help others, a different religion, a different music genre, don't allow yourself to be complacent nor satisfied with what little you've explored in this wonderful life! It ALWAYS gets better IF you allow your mind to shake off the negative!
