Can't add a GIF to any customizable area

Post the gif here and I will check if it's working for me, I had similar issues.

 

Make sure the file is below 2000kb / 2mb.

Yeah, every time I try to upload it, it just won't save, the file is only 2MB so I don't think that's the issue.

thanks, didnt know it had to be under 2mb, kinda stupid considering gifs are usually pretty large files.

You can change the .gif bit-rate with photoshop, it will help a lot. This is what I did.

Went from 7 MB to 1,4 MB.
