*UPDATE* Suspended and permanently banned accounts now goes to Free, only valids captured as Hit.

Also fixed the "Last Played on" capture which will now ban those shitty proxies that caused the capture to be missing so that the date will always be captured

Auto filter accounts with "Summoner not created" to free and captures data for hits. HQ proxies are recommended but public ones are fast too.

I'm able to add champion and skin names to capture but I feel like its gonna take up a lot of space, so let me know if you want it to be added into this config or a new config with just the champion and skin names as capture(and also lmk any bug found or which regions next).
