So, basically the rep needed me to return the product to their warehouse/company.

It has never happened to other device.

 

Any suggestion?

It's ALOT harder with fitibt ionic's and newer. however, I did do it first time for the charge 2 a while ago. ez

If you are FitBits reseller Just use Forms services instead of trying to SE your self
