Price doesn't matter too much since I'm getting it refunded but should be under $2.5k

Build a custom with 2080ti and high processor as your budget is quite high.
You will run x6 sqli if you got good connexion

If you're buying a laptop to crack on-the-go, just buy something basic along with a VPS. That way, you keep anything that could be malware off of your own computer. Also, most VPS' have a very fast internet connection, which can be helpful if you're trying to crack in places with a poor internet speed.

Do it within an Online server. Otherwise, If you must do it on Laptop, i7 processors are powerful.

Depends what you're using it for. With the right config/sufficient RAM on my toss away laptop, It runs just as well as my higher end PC. I believe it's mostly about ram and how secure your hardware is.
