Might be an antivirus issue, make sure you have BB as an exclusion or something to prevent your Antivirus from deleting it.
Other than that not really sure what BB dependencies are, could try updating .net framework, worth a shot. Hopefully someone else might know more info about this issue, believe BB is going free soon though if that's still happening.

It's the problem with this version of BlackBullet, it has CPU overload issue. Use 2.1.6 cracked if you want to crack some accs
