Its been more than 7days and i am still waiting for the tracking, when i asked him for the refund he said "Please give me 12hrs, Delay occurs sometimes. Even you have a refunding service i hope you can understand"

I am asking for the refund since last 4days and everytime he says wait for 12hrs, even after waiting 12hrs he asks me to wait again.
