DevExpress .Net Components v18.2.4 Source Code

Full source code for the most current controls.

From interactive Desktop applications, to immersive Web and Mobile solutions, tools to meet your needs today and ensure your continued success tomorrow. With over 120 optimized controls and libraries, the DevExpress WinForms Subscription helps you deliver compelling, easy-to-use business solutions fast. Emulate the look, feel and capabilities of Microsoft Office or replicate the dock based UI of Visual Studio or Adobe Photoshop and take your WinForms applications to an entirely new level with familiar features end-users have come to rely upon. It's everything you need to build your best in one integrated suite.

Newest WinForms Controls: And because technology never stands still, DevExpress continues to release innovative, high-impact controls specifically designed for the WinForms platform, including our new WinForms Spreadsheet, WinForms Map Control, WinForms PDF Viewer, Windows 8 Live Tile Manager and so much more. Yes, with DevExpress, your UI will always evolve to meet the diverse needs of your end-users without ever abandoning your existing codebase or the proven WinForms platform.

Deliver the solutions your customers expect today and leverage your existing WinForms skillset to build next generation applications for tomorrow.

The award-winning DevExpress WinForms product line allows you to create applications that emulate the touch-first experience that lies at the heart of Windows 8, without abandoning the most popular Windows application platform for the .NET framework.

Whether you need to create a tile based modern UI application for Vista, Windows 7 and 8, or need to quickly convert an existing application so that it’s touch-first for Microsoft Surface, the DevExpress WinForms Subscription will help you take your business solutions forward so you can deliver new, immersive experiences to delight your users. And with the release of the DevExpress Live Tile Manager, your WinForms desktop apps can even update Windows 8 Live Tiles with ease.

With our most recent release, DevExpress continues its unwavering commitment to .NET by extending its product line with enterprise-ready features designed to help teams deliver next-generation user experiences on the platform of their choice. From Office inspired desktop and web applications, to touch-enabled mobile solutions, DevExpress Universal v15.1 ships with everything you’ll need to build your best, without limits or compromise.

Our new WinForms Accordion Control is an advanced navigation control designed to extend the capabilities found in our existing XtraNavBar control. The Accordion Control allows you to create a full-featured NavBar with multiple items (actions). Items can be combined into groups. Groups can contain nested groups so you can create an advanced hierarchical navigation menu.

Features include:

  • Unlimited number of hierarchy levels
  • Items can display images and text
  • Context buttons
  • Item headers can display custom controls
  • Item selection
  • Group expansion/collapse animation (one or multiple groups can be expanded simultaneously)
  • Built-in search

WinForms Navigation Pane

Our new WinForms Navigation Pane control provides a set of pages that can be vertically aligned into a single column. Only a single page can be active at any point in time. Pages can be expanded sideways to display custom content.

WinForms SDI Navigation Frame

Our new WinForms Navigation Frame is an SDI (Single Document Interface) content container. This control owns a collection of pages. Only one page can be active at any point in time. Pages can host any content, from panels and group boxes to user controls. Page navigation incorporates elegant animation effects.

MVVM Support

The DevExpress MVVM library, previously available to WPF developers, has now been extended to WinForms so you can create complex WinForms apps that adhere to concepts underpinning MVVM. Our MVVM Framework is fully supported by all DevExpress WinForms UI controls and provides design-time capabilities to perform basic operations, such as property and command binding, creating and registering services, etc.

Scaffolding wizards available from the DevExpress Template Gallery and numerous tutorials included into our 'MVVM Best Practices' WinForms demo help you master usage of the DevExpress MVVM Framework and build scalable, maintainable and testable enterprise applications for WinForms.

WinForms Adorner UI Manager

The new WinForms Adorner UI Manager is a transparent layer drawn on top of all other UI elements. It’s designed to display objects and visual effects to better communicate the state of your application to end-users. You can use it to draw badges, highlight focused UI elements, display visual effects when validating data editors, etc.

Right-To-Left Support

With this release, we've introduced Right-To-Left (RTL) support across the following DevExpress WinForms controls.

Charts

  • Grid controls (Grid, Treelist, Pivot Grid, Vertical Grid and Property Grid)
  • Data Editors and Controls (Range Control, Rating Control, etc.)
  • Ribbon, Menus and related controls (BackstageView, AppMenu, еtс.)
  • Layout Control and layout containers (TabControl, GroupControl, etc.)
  • Navigation Controls (Navigation Bar, Tile Control, etc.)
  • Application UI Controls (Docking, DocumentManager, etc.)
