download malwearbytes trail turn off wifi remove virus /msconfig turn off unknown people on startup windows key R delete temp tempdata ext and install sandboxie for cracked programs u want to run

just create a virtual machine if u wanna run ur shit. turn off wifi and check msconfig for autostartup programs. also check local/temp and appdata for weird files
