A advice I can say to you are
- Never be angry willing SE
- Always stay calm and pacific
- Be thankful and a nice person
- Never ask for replacement (Ask for troubleshoots and make them believe you really tried to solve the problem), and they will offer a replacement to you
- Be creative creating good excuses
- Learn basic photoshop editing and photo manipulation (Sometimes you will need this to create a damaged product or something loke this)
- Keep thinking something like this: "If I were the support what words I need to trick them and enter on your mind?"
This will increase your SE Skills and make more easier
