So even a full format and reinstall of windows wont fix?  Im not that good when it comes to this bullshit... and is it not detectable by malware bytes any information will help thanks ahead of time

Scan your PC, remove the malware, do a full reinstall on windows and tell me the link to the download you installed so I can remove the malware content.
