The mere fact that you ask people to contact you and you disable your private messaging function on the forum leaving people no other means to contact you other than making a scam report here (because let's face it, having to email you and wait for a response isn't enough) shows how much you care about the customer support.
If you want to keep selling on nulled, at the very least leave your PM option enabled and dedicate 1 hour a day to respond messages you get. If it's overwhelming, then hire support.
I literally have:
- Selly.gg Tickets
- SNIPR Email
- SNIPR Live chat available logged in or not inside the app
- Signature with the email planted right on it
What more do you want
If I open my PM's I get bombarded with spam like oh can u make this config, how do I make combos, can u help me with stuff pragma, can i buy with paypal, can i buy from you, e.t.c e.t.c, maybe theres reasons I disable....
Also "dedicate 1 hour a day" my email has notifications, I respond on incomining or if im not available, I go through whats available.
PM's on nulled would just take longer as its on another email I dont get notifications for (Not on my PC anyway)
This is also kind of bullshit, you guys are essentially telling me what to do, yes your staff, and i get that do what you will, but when it comes to me handling my support I can do it however the fuck I want, if I want PM's disabled, I can, you dont want that, have it disabled, its an option in IPS. (Getting annoyed, this is what happens)
