On July 6 2020, cSpoof was sold to BrokenSol, and as of July 10 the site will be run solely by him.

 

What does this mean for you?
Not much, in fact the only change you might experience is a more involved site owner, better customer support, and more frequent updates. To summarise I’ll just quote the part of our contract most relevant to you as a customer:

 

* All SMS logs will be deleted from the server before the transfer. For legal reasons, the Seller (Axe) will store a backup of the logs on an encrypted offline storage volume. All other logs and tables (like purchase logs, _error_ logs, activity logs) will be included in the transfer. ?
* The Buyer (BrokenSol) is required to service existing clientele for at least three months after the transfer is complete. ?
* The value of cSpoof ????credits???? may not be altered for six months after the transfer is complete. As of July 6, 2020, the cost of sending one SMS is equal to one cSpoof credit. ?

 

I would like to thank all my customers for giving cSpoof a shot and contributing to its success as a small SMS platform, and also everyone who’ve otherwise helped me along the way. After months of talks and negotiations I fully trust BrokenSol will do a great job running the service.
