can you please write what you said with better syntax cause it makes no sense when i read it

But what i got is that you want a refund from an ebook you bouhgt

first thing you should do is ask from the seller a refund explaining why you want a refund

if he denies it, and you still want a refund, you can chargeback if you have paid with paypal

if you paid with btc you can not refund by yourself.

You are allowed to ask for refund if the ebook contained public info, or the info is outdated.

If you just can not understand what is said in the ebook you are not allowed to refund

First go to the seller of the ebook and ask for a refund.

If the seller doesn't want to refund you open a scam report

 You have 50% chance he will refund you or he will take the money
